These terms cover your use of Compendium365 software and services, supplied by Compendium Company, LLC, 999 Vanderbilt Beach Rd, Ste 200, Naples, FL 34108 (“we”, “us”).
A subscription. You are paying for the right to use the software and for the services we run, for as long as your subscription is active. You are not buying the software itself, and we would rather say that plainly here than imply otherwise elsewhere.
Subscriptions are priced per seat and sold in packs of 5. Each further pack is charged at a lower rate; the price shown at checkout is the price you pay. A seat is one named person. You may reassign a seat when someone leaves; you may not share one seat between people.
You own everything you create with our software. We claim no licence over your documents beyond what is technically required to provide the service you asked for (for example, storing your mail so we can deliver it). We do not use one customer's content to train models or to produce output for another customer, at any level of our organisation.
You may cancel at any time; your subscription runs to the end of the period you have paid for. We do not charge an export fee, and we do not move you to a restricted tier to hold your archive. Files you created in the desktop applications are on your own computers in standard formats and are unaffected by cancellation.
We work to keep the hosted services up but do not promise uninterrupted service. Desktop applications continue to run offline whether or not our servers are reachable.
Do not use the services to break the law, to send unsolicited bulk mail, or to attack other systems. We may suspend an account causing harm, and will tell you why.
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before it arose. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
If we change these terms materially we will tell subscribers by email before the change applies.
