If Compendium365 is not right for you, tell us within 30 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full. No form to fill in and no reason required.
Cancel any time. Your subscription runs to the end of the month you have paid for and does not renew. We do not pro-rate part-months after the first 30 days.
Within 30 days of purchase, a full refund. After that, cancel and we refund the unused whole months remaining on the term.
Seats added mid-term are charged pro-rata. Seats removed reduce your next invoice; we do not refund removed seats mid-period.
If a payment fails we retry and email you. Access continues during the retry window rather than being cut off the same day.
Email [email protected] from the address on the account. Refunds go back to the original card, usually within 5–10 business days.
