Compendium Company, LLC, 999 Vanderbilt Beach Rd, Ste 200, Naples, FL 34108 operates Compendium365. This explains what we collect and what we do not.

What we collect

• Account details — your name, email and the seats on your subscription.
• Payment details — handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
• Service data — the content you store in hosted services (for example mail), so we can provide them.
• Operational logs — sign-ins and administrative actions, kept for security and audit.

What we do not do

• We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with advertisers.
• We do not read one customer's documents to inform anything we produce for another customer — not for AI training, not for search, not at an administrator level.
• We do not put personal data in URLs or hand it to third parties you have not asked us to use.

Desktop applications

CompendiumPDF, CompendiumWP and LECX run on your own computer. The documents you open in them stay on your machine; they are not uploaded to us in order to work.

Processors we use

Stripe (payments), Amazon Web Services (hosting), Amazon SES (email delivery). Each is bound to handle data only as we instruct.

Retention and deletion

We keep account and billing records while you are a customer and for as long afterwards as tax and accounting rules require. Ask us to delete your service content and we will, subject to those rules.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask for corrections, or ask for deletion. Write to [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days.

Health information

Some Compendium products are used in regulated healthcare settings under a separate Business Associate Agreement. This general policy does not replace the BAA; where they differ, the BAA governs.
